We Really Like D.I.C.K.S.™ is a non-commercial, fictional design and satire project. No products or services shown on this website are offered for sale.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted using Netlify. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed by the hosting infrastructure, including information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested files, date and time of access, and technical log information. This processing is necessary to deliver the website reliably and securely.
Netlify is operated by Netlify, Inc. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Netlify states that it uses safeguards for international transfers, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. No analytics or advertising tracking
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable visitor-tracking or advertising technologies. No external Google Fonts are loaded by this version of the website.
4. Newsletter demonstration
The “Get D.I.C.K.S. straight to your inbox” form is a visual demonstration. Its script prevents the form from being submitted. The email address entered there is not transmitted to the website operator or stored by this website.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website does not intentionally set marketing, analytics or preference cookies and does not use browser local storage for tracking.
6. Your data protection rights
Where the GDPR applies, data subjects may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. Whether and to what extent a particular right applies depends on the circumstances of the processing.
7. Status of this notice
This privacy notice describes the current, deliberately minimal technical setup of the project. It should be reviewed whenever hosting, analytics, forms, embeds or other third-party services are changed.
